Notice Board Mod / Addon v0.0.1
Overview
Notice Board Mod is the clean communication upgrade for Minecraft Bedrock worlds and multiplayer servers. Instead of covering spawn with messy sign walls, this addon gives players one organized board where announcements, rules, trades, events, and community messages can live in a proper menu-style interface. It is especially useful for active survival servers, SMP worlds, city builds, roleplay realms, and any world where players need information without turning the main area into clutter.
The main feature is a player posting system. Players can walk up to the board and create a post with a title and message through the board UI, making it feel like a real bulletin board rather than a clunky sign setup. Posts can be sorted into custom categories such as News, Trade, Rules, and Events. Each category can also use its own icon, so players quickly understand where to go and what kind of information they are reading.
The addon also includes expiration controls for old posts. You can choose preset durations or keep important posts active forever. If admin archive is enabled, expired posts can be moved into an archive instead of disappearing, which helps server owners keep records of old trades, event notices, and rule updates.
For community interaction, posts support comments with player names and timestamps, turning each announcement into a small discussion thread. Players can also save posts they want to check later, which is useful for trade listings, event schedules, meeting points, or server instructions. Location tagging can attach the creation location to a post, making it easier to guide players to shops, builds, farms, or events.
Admins get moderation and board settings to keep everything under control. You can manage categories, adjust behavior, and disable player posts if you want the board to work as announcements-only. Overall, Notice Board Mod is a strong utility addon for Bedrock worlds that need cleaner communication, better organization, and a more polished server hub.
Installation:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into Minecraft;
- Enable it in Resource Packs and Behavior Packs;
- Turn on Experiments if required;
- Have fun!
